AUX guarantees the normal operation of its air-conditioning units for the following periods:

Compressor: 3 (three) years
Electrical and Mechanical Parts: 5 (five) years

This warranty applies to all AUX air-conditioning units ranging from 9,000 to 60,000 Btu/h.

1. Warranty Activation

The warranty becomes valid from the date of purchase.
To validate your warranty, you must provide a proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or retail receipt).

2. Coverage After the First Two Years

After the first two (2) years, the warranty applies only to defective spare parts.
To maintain the validity of your warranty beyond this period, preventive maintenance of the unit is required at least once per year.

3. Exclusions

This warranty covers only structural defects and does not include expendable or consumable items such as batteries.

The warranty is void in the following cases:

• Any intervention, repair, or modification performed by unauthorized personnel.
• Incorrect installation, mishandling, or physical damage to the unit.
• External factors beyond the manufacturer’s control (e.g., severe voltage fluctuations, power surges, or non-compliance with the unit’s electrical specifications).
• Poor or insufficient maintenance of the unit.
• Improper use of the product, including operation not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or connection to a non-grounded power source.
• If the power plug has been cut or altered.

AUX is not responsible for any malfunction or damage caused by the above conditions.

4. Service and Repairs

In the event of a malfunction or damage, please contact the authorized reseller or distributor from whom the unit was purchased.
All transportation and insurance costs related to sending the unit to and from the service center are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Manufacturer’s Liability

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects or faulty components.
AUX’s responsibility is limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of defective parts as determined by the company’s authorized technical department.
